We have just received this offer of low-cost consultancy for local non-profits… 

I am offering a bespoke consultation to a staff or leadership team in early 2023 while I finish an MA in Leadership and Consultancy. This might include adjusting to new ways of working in light of the pandemic, dealing with competing priorities, improving team dynamics, or managing high workloads. I’d collaborate with you and your team to understand the problem, then design the consultation to support you in making changes.
