Dealing With Difficult Situations With Volunteers
May 21 @ 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
Dealing With Difficult Situations With Volunteers

Intermediate level training for volunteer managers

Do you worry about how to handle tricky or uncomfortable situations with your volunteers? Do you want to prevent or deal with problems more effectively? Yes, you do…

So, you have got the basics of your volunteer project covered, but from time to time things still aren’t working as you have planned. Welcome to the world of volunteer management!

While no two days are the same, there are often tricky situations to deal with.

For this half day course, we will:

  • Ask you to think about some of these situations and bring them to the course so you can identify what to do next
  • Look at some of the underlying causes of difficulties, and consider strategies to prevent them

You will identify what you are going to do next, both in the situation you are dealing with as well as to look at organisation practices more strategically to see if you can do something to make it all easier in the future.

Book your tickets via eventbrite here.

Let’s do this!

Please note: The training venue will be in Central London, and as soon as we know it – we’ll let you know it.
