Kingston Smith announces Small Charities Category in Creative Vision Award
Kingston Smith, a top 20 chartered accountancy firm, is delighted to announce the inclusion of a new category aimed at small charities in its Creative Vision Award. The Creative Vision Award offers charities the chance to win their own animated 30-40 second brand film, worth an estimated £150,000.
Open to all charities, the award received a significant amount of entries from small charities. Recognising the disparity in resources between those of a small charity and those of their larger counterparts, this new category allows the entrants to compete against peers of a similar size.
With the introduction of the Small Charities Category, the Creative Vision Award will now have two winners that will each receive its own brand film. A small charity is defined as any charity registered in the UK with an income of under £1 million and this new category applies to the current 2016 award.
John Barrett, Acting CEO of the Small Charities Coalition commented: “We’re delighted that Kingston Smith has created this new category to give one deserving small charity the opportunity to promote their cause through such a creative and imaginative medium.”
Nick Brooks, Head of not for profit at Kingston Smith added: “We want to continue to encourage all charities, regardless of size, to get involved with this special award. We hope that by creating this new strand, all charities will have the confidence to submit an application.”
The Creative Vision Award welcomes all UK registered charities to submit an application.
Application closing date: Monday 7 December
