We have been approached by a yoga teacher who would like to share her skills with local non-profits.
This is what she says:
“My name is Mariana Rodrigues, I am a 30 years old passionate and enthusiastic individual that has been on an incredible journey of self-discovery over the past 3 years. It’s now time to pass the knowledge on.
From 9-5, I’ve worked as a creative in big advertising companies, coming up with big concepts and ideas.
After working hours, I’ve experimented with alternative practices to help deepen my connection with myself, and the one that struck me the most was Kundalini Yoga – a practice that has given me practical tools to reach my potential through simple physical and breathing exercises.
I have felt the results of Kundalini Yoga so vehemently that I decided to train and become a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher. The practice has positively affected how I see myself, the nature of my relationships, and my strength to keep pushing towards my dreams. Life is just easier now, and I feel compelled to share this life hack iwith others. Anyone of any age can do it, and the benefits of it vary depending on personal investment – not on age, gender or physical condition.
So this is what I have to offer and I’d like to do it free of charge if you’re interested 🙂
The type of yoga I teach is for self-development and transformation, so it can totally reach out into other categories that aren’t ‘yoga’, such as confidence, willpower, dealing with mental problems, or just to have a good time.
I’d love to teach in Camden as I live around the corner. It would make helping out easy and smooth.
Thank you and speak soon,
