The www.do-it.org.uk website is improving. And the way that we work with it is improving as well. Loads more information on this will follow by post and email.
To prepare for the improvements, we will be co-delivering a training session on ‘How to Write a Good Volunteering Opportunity’ as well as an overview of how the new do-it website will work with Volunteer Centre Islington in King’s Cross.
The main idea behind the training will prepare you to effectively manage your own volunteering opportunities.
The training is free, and the networking lunch will be £10.
Book your place at the training, the networking lunch or both via eventbrite.
See you there!
Please note: If you are unable to attend this training, don’t worry! There will be other sessions delivered by other London volunteer centres. Check the bi-weekly e-bulletin (Sign up is at the bottom of our website) and this website for the latest updates.
Update (13.11): Volunteer Centre Haringey is offering the same training on Thursday 20th November, 10am-3pm. If you can’t make the one on 10th December, and are unable to attend our volunteering fair then check out all of the details here.
